Phone Triage Telehealth Services
Phone Triage Telehealth Services with our Clinicians-Phone Triage for Urgent on the Day Issue: Village Health will be introducing Telephone based triage service for our patients. Changes to Fees
Children Prescriptions: In April 2026, we have had to introduce prescription fees for children due to the chronic underfunding for under 14s. The new pricing was introduced April 1st 2026 and has been updated on our website as well as in clinic on this date as well. Zero Tolerance Policy
We treat our patients with courtesy and ask the same in return. We ask that you treat your GP and ALL Practice Staff courteously - without violence, abuse or harassment. Our staff have the right to care for others without fear of being attacked or abused. Any behaviour, verbal or physical, which causes staff to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened is totally unacceptable. 15 Minute GP Appointments
One Issue Per Appointment General Practitioners cannot see large numbers of patients with multiple problems and continue to practice safely and effectively. This also causes doctors to run late. Advice for Upper Respiratory Tract Infections (URTI)
The main treatment for upper respiratory tract infections (URTI) is to ease symptoms whilst your immune system clears the viral infection. One or more of the following may be helpful: Taking paracetamol or ibuprofen Paracetamol and ibuprofen will reduce a high temperature (fever) and to ease any aches, pains and headaches.
