DNA policy is 24 hours before your appointment. Please call to cancel/ reschedule your appointment. Please note: Email, text and Manage My Health are not acceptable methods of cancellation, as they are intermittently monitored.

Want to Cancel your appointment?

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment time may incur a fee.

If you do not let us know you want to cancel and you don't arrive for your appointment, you will incur a fee.

Please CALL us on 03 338 8595 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Although we utilise email, text and Manage My Health to communicate at times, these are not acceptable methods of contact to cancel an appointment.
