Want to cancel your appointment?

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment time may incur a fee.

If you do not let us know you want to cancel and you don't arrive for your appointment, you will incur a fee.

Although we utilise email, text and Manage My Health to communicate at times, these are not acceptable methods of contact to cancel an appointment.
