Booking an Appointment
"Manage My Health" appointment booking is now open for some appointment types. Please ring reception if you need an urgent appointment as we have appointments set aside for this purpose. If you're unsure about urgency, then please ring reception and we will be able to help.
Note that 0800-0900 often experiences high call volumes, if your issues aren't urgent, ring later on in the day to avoid waiting on hold.
ACC18 and WINZ certificates can be backdated so don't require an urgent appointment.

Telehealth appointments. via phone or ‘Doxy me’. - please note that not all issues are appropriate for telehealth.
​Repeat prescriptions are not subsidised service and do not require an appointment in clinic unless also requiring a face-to-face review.
Doxy Me Patient Instruction Guide:
Five minutes before the appointment please follow the instructions below to connect to your doctor using Doxy Me. You can do this from a computer with a web camera or from your cellphone.
In your Internet web browser type doxy.me.
Click "sign up" then "I'm a Patient"
After "https://doxy.me/ " Type in your Doctors code (Listed Below) to enter their waiting room.
Use the code for your doctor you are seeing for that appointment, this might be different to your regular Doctor in some cases.
If the Doctor is not ready yet it will advise that you are waiting for the doctor. Please stay connected and the doctor will join you as soon as they can.

Things that can be done over the phone
Repeat prescriptions, off work certificates (OWC) and many other referrals and bits of paperwork that you need can be done over the phone. ACC and WINZ paperwork will most likely need a face-to-face consultation, but usually these can wait until you are well. Our friendly staff will advise you on the best way to meet your needs.
