We welcome overseas visitors
If you are visiting from overseas, you can attend either our Spreydon or Rolleston Clinics if we have capacity.
Make your visit with us smoother by filling out a casual form so that we have your details prior to arrival. You will be required to pay the cost of your consultation, prior to seeing your clinician.
You will need to request and retain your invoice/receipt and consultation notes to make a claim against your travel insurance. Photo ID may be required. Please note: we do not accept direct payment from travel insurance companies.
Our casual form is electronic and easy to navigate on a PC, laptop or mobile device.
