The aim of these classes is to help declutter the countless nutrition claims we find ourselves faced with in this day and age.

Classes are suitable for all ages, sizes and health conditions.

We are lucky enough to have TWO dietitians at Village Health, and they are more than willing to help you to make informed choices when it comes to what we eat and how we eat it.

Our dietitians know that good nutrition isn't about just what goes into our mouths, but also how and why we make the decisions we do.

Classes will be held on a Tuesday night, once a month.
