Stress Management



Stress affects everyone in different ways. High levels of stress or stress experienced for an extended period of time affects us in negative ways (including the immune system), and can lead to imbalance on physical, mental and emotional levels.

At certain times we may find that our ways of coping with stress
are no longer enough.

Sessions are tailored to each individual and may include specific stress reduction techniques within the session and at home, training in relaxation, examining any relevant lifestyle factors, and working through and resolving any underlying causes.
