This workshop is about managing and eliminating your Stress.
Studies show that stress is a precursor to more serious issues including anxiety, depression and physical illness. Stress effects many of us, adults and even children in different ways.

1 hour "in office" teaching sessions for up to 10 employees at a time. Your staff will learn tips on how to deal with daily stressors in a positive way including food and lifestyle ideas, breathing techniques, and more!
